What is the refund method?

  1. The refund will be sent back to you through original form of payment based on the refund method you chose.
  2. If you did not select a refund method, we will proceed according to your choice in the refund record.


When will I receive my refund?

Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a refund notification email. Refund time depends on your refund method and bank. And refund may take 1-5 working days.


Return policy.

How long do I have to make a return?

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt or 45 days from the purchase date for most items in new condition.

How do I make a return?

1.  Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

2.  After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.  Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.  Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your XandaStores wallet unless we are informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.


Note: You will be responsible for the cost of the return.


Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?

  1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
  2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, beauty underwear, Event & Party Supplies, DIY Supplies, Pet Supplies, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets). We cannot offer refunds on cosmetics if the hygiene seal has been broken.
  3. Items marked as non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned. (This depends on the status of the item at the time of payment).
  4. Please note that customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, order cancellation for customized items is not supported.

Note:

  1. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect processing your return.
  2. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-XandaStores products
  3. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact XandaStores Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
